I wanted to know if I have committed shirk when I was watching a video about a person's gym transformation, i had a thought that was "This person has godly genetics" I immediately repented and i didn't realize what I was thinking and I do not believe this person is godly.

From what you've described, it does not appear that you committed shirk. You had a passing thought but immediately recognized it as inappropriate and repented. It's important to seek forgiveness, strive to improve, and remember that Allah is forgiving. If you have concerns about severe was, consider seeking guidance from a knowledgeable Islamic scholar or religious authority.

حَدَّ Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah has forgiven my followers the evil thoughts that occur to their minds, as long as such thoughts are not put into action or uttered." And Qatada said, "If someone divorces his wife just in his mind, such an unuttered divorce has no effect.:Sahih al-Bukhari 5269https://sunnah.com/bukhari:5269
