Sheikh ‘Abd ar-Rahman Mohi’uddin said:
“A young man wanted to see a potential sister for marriage. So during the legislated meeting she wanted to know his ‘aqidah regarding the Highness of Allah. So she asked him, ‘Where is Allah?’
So he replied to her:
“The Messenger of Allah :saws: said:
‘By the One in whose Hand my soul is, there is no man that calls his wife to bed and she refuses him, except that the ONE WHO IS ABOVE THE HEAVENS is displeased with her until he (i.e. the husband) becomes content with her.’ [Sahih Muslim]
[The Sheikh then said]: He hit two birds with one stone.”
