Minnesota

I hate to be arrogant, but years of fitness training and a slightly sugar-free diet has gotten me and my magnificent people to unbelievable places.

Alabama, or maybe Arkansas, for like the 10th year, won the least healthiest state award, sad.

But, with continued activity, we'll stay in that same spot. :)

Is it possible that da skinnines of most of da population which are somalis contributed to that?:giggling: no offence to anyone.Coz most of them have their meals cooked daily and they hardly eat fast foods?

:sl:

So, the healthiest state of the 26th healthiest country in the world.

uhh..

What's the healthiest country in the world?

:sl:

Thank you,

I wonder if it has changed over the last 6 years?

I would say that any changes would be negligable and would be caused by war and not peoples habits.

For general life puposes the stats have been essentialy unchanged for many years.

Yeah, I've always heard that Okinawa in Japan has the healthiest people in the world. Primarily because of their diet.

I would think they would get a lot of sodium and cholesterol in their diets. I have been there a couple of times and everywhere I have been to eat has alot of carbs and a lot of salt. Of course their meal portions are alot smaller and they eat more fruit, but still I would think the sodium and cholesterol would have an effect of their hearts. I will say you might see 1 in 500 overweight where as in america it is more like 1 in 5

How on Earth did you guys manage to develope a simple topic into a racial debate? Racism is not tolerated and all threads that even hint of or refer to it have just been deleted.

Please return to the topic.

Also, Mr Miyagi came from Okinawa. Anyone who can train a skinny glutton for punishment into a formidable force of crane butt-kickery must be one of the healthiest people alive.

My country got an 62.3 % , from which women is 65.8%. How should we read this data:? 65.8% women are eating healthy foods:?

If you got that from the list of countries. The number is not a percent. It is the life expectancy of a person living there. So that would mean the average life span of women is 65.8 years. It also means 50% of the women will live to be older then that.

I can understand how you saw it that way. This thread was primarily about food.
