Help in verifying hadith

I can find no chain of narration for this "hadeeth", and it does not appear to be found in any of the authentic and reliable hadeeth collections. In fact there is no reference for this hadeeth to be from any authentic hadeeth collection.

It only seems to appear on Sufi websites. The only reference there is for it is "pg 155-157, Chapter 15 of 'The Book of Sufi Healing' by Shaykh Hakim Moinuddin Chisti. Published by Inner Traditions International Ltd, 1985."

It seems to be a dhikr that the Sufis use, and even on one of their own websites, someone has admitted that Imaam Suyooti (rahimahullah) declared it as fabricated:

"The Hadith master Imam as-Suyuti said that this hadith is fabricated..."
