asalam alaikum wr wb,

Sis, I scanned again and found more infections.. I had to print the page in 2 parts as. The results in 'scan 2' are the ones do not have delete options. They have links which I have provided.

Scan 2 1st vulnerability:
Vulnerability in WordPerfect Converter Could Allow Code Execution (833897)

Scan 2 2nd vulnerability:
Buffer Overrun in JPEG Processing(GDI=) Could Allow Execution (833987)

Assalam Alaikum Sis

In the first attachment

1.In the first error there are 2 options ,select the option clean them now.
2.In the second error , select remove all detected cookies

and in the second attachment
select , clean now and proceed.

That should clean up all the viruses. restart ur comp , and then check the video and let me know

The first ones get deleted no prob. The second ones remain. However I will try again inshaAllah.

Alhumdulillah I just viewed a vid and it was perfect. However I couldn't clean the infections in scan 2.

I don't know how it's started working all of a sudden, except by the help of Allah. The only change I'd made was doing a systems restore at the suggestion of Serene sis when my pc stopped working altogether. Lol, alhumdulillah! I hope it stays this way inshaAllah. :statisfie

Dad was sick & I came to stay with him. So , did not get a chance to follow the do's u & other recommended .

Sister I am so sorry that I had not so much time to respond to you,to try to help you......I had a lot of study!:-[
I also wanted to tell you to reinstall your Windows or make a System Restore!
Because as I saw from your posts ,your only opinion left was that.....
But thanks to Allah you've solved the problem!:thumbs_up

sister take a pic of the running applications tab on the task manager,I'm suspecting it's spyware/adware
