What is obligatory what is voluntary? What is a pillar and what is sunnah?

Oh I've seen this on his channel. It's crazy I've been planning to watch it for so long yet I keep putting it off for later
 
I've got the book by SHAYKH MUHAMMAD AL ALBANI, entitled: THE SALAH: IN THE LIGHT OF THE PROPHET'S TRADITION; and I can really recommend it.
