How do i rep some1?

I dont know how to give people reps. can any1 help me?

it's just a fun way of telling someone that you appreciate their post. reps are fun to give and fun to get. i'm all for it.
i don't know if you know this, but you can click on "user cp" and then "user control panel" - then you can scroll down and see all the nice stuff people have said to you.

yes - it has been known to happen. but i don't remember what it was because it was a long time ago. but it doesn't always happen - that's for sure.
members have been very helpful to me when i've computer questions.

but earlier when my dear 2/3 Muslim bro gave me bad rep , it did not decreased ......now i can'st see any bad rep instead good rep but numbers are changing ...funny:uuh:
