How do you write a word and make a link..

My brothers and sisters Asalam Alakum Warkmatulah wabrkatuh may peace and blessings upon you all and my thread is about like brother Mujahid(sorry i spelled the name wrong has a link in his signature and it says something about the poll and if you click it it gives you the link without telling the whole thing how is that? JazakAllah Khar in Advance and i hope you can show me a picture of the diagram and Insha'Allah i will check it out Asalam alakum warkmatulah wabrkatuh Khudafis

Basically write your word, highlight it, click insert link and copy the URL into the window, press ok and Shazam!
 
You simply have to post up that screeny now alpha...i need to know what it was!

Just click on the A with a black line under it in the reply box...it brings up CuLorZ!!!
