How long do you fast in your country?

Greetings everyone, yes my mom told me most places they fast over 20 hours not even stopping. About the hours of fasting.. I live in california out in the states so we start from 4:25am till 8:28pm. :-)

When Ramadan started, the north of Finland time was 22,5 hours.

After some years, sun doesn´t set at all in there. How to fast then? :heated:

wow!! that is long!! :uuh: May god give you special blessing for these hours sister!
 
Here in my country Pakistan, a fast longs for about 16 and a half hours in summer. It starts at 3:22 am. and ends at 7.20. pm and the time reduces short like wise for the rest of fasts. In winter we fast for quite a smaller time which normally starts at 6.40 am and ends at 5.00 pm and the times increases like wise for the rest of fasts. The time changes accordingly for fall and spring as well.
