How do i insert something i recieved by an email with images on here?

Is it possible?

Right click on the image and save it on your PC. Then go to any image hosting website, such as imageshack.us or photobucket.com and upload the images there.
When you finish uploading the images, then click on

button here in the thread where you want to post your images, and provide the link for the uploaded images from the image hosting site.
