If he remembered it would be nice, but if he forgot it wouldn't bother me..
And even if he remembered, we wouldn't celebrate it, it would just be something like "oh, it's your birthday today isn't it, you're a year older, cool".

exactly the same here, cept for the bothered bit, i'd be a tiny bit bothered :X and i'd buy myself a cake and eat it all, and when he asks for sum, ill say 'oh im so sorry, i FORGOT to give you sum' kay:

yeah, the wife can keep saying she forgot every time the husband asks for something and he wont forget next time.
