Just a thought, but every time a 12 year old pushes a younger sibling against a wall or bookshelf, should they be charged with attempted murder?

I can imagine this happens thousands of times a day, but mostly the sibling lives, they might end up with a bruise, but the angry intent may still be the same.

We would have much death on our hands don't you think? The fact that a child did die is very telling of the intent and force of this situation.
