My problem is that while I was offering salah, I suddenly [by mistake] said something which may be shirk but I really didn`t believe in it. But I just can`t calm down!!!!!!!!!!!! I really love Allah and His prophets and I declare faith in the Oneness of Allah. However, many waswas come to me, I just ignore them, but I really don`t know what to do?????????????????? Have I done the unforgiveable sin??????????????? I can`t calm down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bro recite ayat'al Kurs. Everything is according to intention inshaAllah u didnt commit shirk, Say La ilaha ilal lah muhamadan rasululah.
Make sure u do ur wudu properly, while doing the wudu recite this dua:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي دَارِي وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي
O Allah, forgive my sin, widen my home and bless my livelihood.
(Tirmidhi)
Seek constantly refuge in Allah from shaytan.

Brother I used to get this, the fact you hate it is a clear indication of iman, the shaytan does not annoy the kaffirs to commit shirk at they already do it, Some sahabi asked the messenger of Allah sws about this they said there are things in our hearts we would rather burn to a cinder than mention, Mohammad sws said is this really true, they said yes, he sws said, this is clear iman.
The type of waswaas you are speaking of is a sickness like any other, see sheikh munajids website islam qa type in waswaas not only are you not accountable but you are rewarded inshAllah according to inb taymia! ignore it akhi and seek refuge in Allah swt. Don't play with it in your head! Say the dua ''I seek refuge in Allah swt from shirk and that which I am unaware and that I forget" Relax akhi if you really were a kaffir would you hate it?? Brothers, don't worry at all. Fear of loss of faith is actually a sign of faith. please go thru the below narration of Sahih Muslim and wipe out away what waswaas come to your mind.
Hanzala (may Allah be pleased with him reported:
"We were in the company of Allah's Messenger
(may Allah exalt his mention) and he delivered to us a sermon and
made a mention of Hell−Fire & Paradise. Then I came to my house and began
to laugh with my children and sport with my wife. (Hanzala)
further reported: I went out and met Abu Bakr and made a
mention of that to him. Thereupon he said: I have done the
same as you have mentioned. So we went to see Allah's
Messenger (way peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) and said to him: O'Allah's
Messenger, Hanzala has turned to he a hypocrite. And he (the
Holy Prophet) said Show respite. And then I narrated to him
the story, and Abu Bakr said: I have done the same as he has
done. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Hanzala, there is
a time for worldly affairs and a time for (worship and
devotion), and if your state of mind is always the same as it
is at the time of remembrance of Allah, the Angels would shake
hands with you and would greet you on the path by saying:

Don't worry! Allah SWT look up for your intention in your heart.Satan first casts a doubt into the heart. If the heart does not accept it, it turns from a doubt into abuse. It depicts before the imagination some unclean memories and unmannerly, ugly states which resemble abuse, and causes the heart to declare: “Alas!”, and fall into despair. The person suffering from scruples supposes that he has acted wrongfully before his Sustainer and feels a terrible agitation and anxiety. In order to be saved from it, he flees from the Divine presence and wants to plunge into heedlessness. The cure for this wound is this:
O wretched man suffering from scruples! Do not be alarmed! For what comes to your mind is not abuse, but something imaginary. And like to imagine unbelief is not unbelief, to imagine abuse is not abuse either. For according to logic, an imagining is not a judgement, and abuse is a judgement. Moreover, those ugly words are not the words of your heart, because your heart is saddened and sorry at them. Rather they come from the inner faculty situated near the heart which is a means of Satanic whisperings. The harm of scruples is imagining the harm. That is, it is to suffer harm in the heart through imagining them to be harmful. For it is imagining to be reality an imagining which is devoid of judgement. Also, it is to attribute to the heart Satan’s works; to suppose his words to be from it. Such a person thinks it is harmful, so it becomes harmful. That is anyway what Satan wanted.
