I have synesthesia. (I can taste food by looking at it.) does this break my fast?

I have synesthesia.If I look at food I can taste it. This gets more powerful in Ramadan and I can’t control it sometimes. It just happens randomly. I have pstd so it makes me zone out often so I often just a random taste in my mouth before making it stop.
 
I don't think so, I am not a scholar but the things that break the fast is consuming actual food or drink intentionally
