Just a question, if you read a big novel about Jinns, wouldnt you be dwelling on them and kinda be setting yourself up to be possessed and to die, just like mahdisoldier19 said?

I read the post that said you know a jinn's trying to possess you if you're awoken with a jolt. That's definately happened to me quite a few times and now I'm much more scared than I was before. I once went to a sheikh and he told me I should say it the ayah 11 times before I sleep. Don't ask me why he chose 11 times and why he told me to say that one ayah, because I really dont know. What's also really scary is that I've had those dreams of falling from high places. This is really scaring me now.

If you understand arabic and you have any of those international arabic channels like NBN and ART, you'll always see exorcisms in documentary's on TV. It's amazing. Once I saw a man using a stick and whacking the "victim" at the feet so the jinn can come out through the mouth. And for a women, they had her covered with a cloth so the Exorcist couldn't see her face and he just recited quran and stuff. One time I saw a man using a snake but I didnt get to see how he used it. *shivers*

I think if your just asking about it its fine, but if your going out to graveyards and trying to make "contact" with them, then ur asking for trouble and need a new hobby...

how do you kill Jinn if you can't see them?

Evidently some people can see the jinn kind - but i dont know too much about that stuff.

Like for example if you go to certain shekihs they can tell you of where jinns are living, etc.

But I dont have in depth knowledge on the subject of seeing or killing jinn.

:
It was a pretty awesome site - 3 jinns from isreal accepted Islam today they were yehudi previously.

:sl:

brother, i am confused. Jinns were created by Allah. they know that. Surely they are either Muslim and follow Allah or simply refuse to follow Allah despite knowing about his ultimate existence. How can they be Yahudi? It doesnt make sense. If jinns are Yahudi then there are Christian Jinns too?!? :?

Can you provide some proof that jinns are any religion other than Islam..?

:w:

Rabi'ya:rose:

Salam Alaikam

First of all, You would not want to see a jinn.

I know a few incidences where a man attempted to control a jinn,

The jinn scared him so violently without touching him that he just dropped from sitting and was unconscious and he was a grown man very strong.

So i dont advise any of you to attempt this

Ummm...... I havent really seen a Jinn but when I was 15 and visiting Pakistan, my aunt took me to see a man who possessed jinns. We had some family problems and according to my aunt the Jinn would tell me who's to blame for what.

Anyway, we went to this mosque in a small village and the man put a sheet over us (so that we wouldn't get scared of the Jinns appearence) and he began reciting something. He told us that the Jinn was muslim and to reply to his salam when he appeared. Gulp!

Within a minute or two this big voice boomed out an 'aslam alaikum'. The voice was like a human voice amplifed a hundred times. The mosque was very basic. A plain building with no decor and certainly no electrical equipment. See I thought it might be the man playing his own voice through speakers.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I spoke with the Jinn, who disappeared (supposedly to pay a visit to our home and see what was going on there) then he returned and told me a few things, which were true. We were supposed to go back but I didn't bother.

The Jinns name was Abdul Jabaar. I returned to England but I couldnt forget the Jinn and kept repeating his name. A few days later I had a weird dream. In my dream I felt something invisable was standing in my garden and then a voice told me that I should stop calling the Jinns name. Whao! That was so scary. I did stop calling him after that :embarrass

Yes. They too, have religions and different sects with different beliefs.

The Jinn are recorded to say:
72:11. 'There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups each having a different way (religious sect, etc.)

:w:

In Malaysia jinns are known as ghosts. Everyone I knew have encountered paranormal activities in this country including me. I've been hugged by one while I was sleeping in school hostel in 1993. The eyes are sooooo red.:heated:

Salam alaikam

Recite Ayat Al kursi which reminds me i gotta do it now.
salam
Wow very inetersting stuff.. bro you have to recite these surahs in arabic for em to work cause i dont know arabic :?
well i could read arabic but the pronuciation wouldnt be perfect

Try to get the exact pronouncitation, when i pray the jinn stand in front of me sometimes pushing me back so i tell them to go away, it happens because obviously i pissed alot of them off in my lifetime. But nonetheless lets see what they can do against Quran. So far i have not met any JInn that can withstand the power against Quran only a few jinn that can , Why? because they turned Muslim

Jinns have gender

But from what I saw today I would certainly say that using the Quran that guy did some pretty amazing stuff against the jinns

There is a woman at my hometown, back in 1984, she is called "mad" by the villagers. She wandered around, from one house to another, talking to herself, carrying flowers. When she was not insane, she told my mom that she was beatiful, she had a hubby and a son, a man wants her and make some spell so that she lost her mind most of the time.

Whenever I saw her, I'll recite ayatul-kursi, she stare at me as if she was very angry and ran away. She was very forgetful. She will go to my house and can't remember me. Only when I recite the surah she ran away.

My mom always use her. She asked her to clean up the house, later she will give her some foods

you ever get the feeling of someone against you, when praying alone? I read somewhere he is named as kanzab and will try his utmost in causing disruption to your prayers, through insinuating thoughts etc.

^ For that reason spiritulists recommend you read:

Darood shreef 3 times- Salallahu ta aala, aala habeebibihi muhammad din'wa aa lihi wa'salimm.

3 time - Astaghfirullahha rabbi min kulli zambin'wa aatubu ilaih

before you begin salah. Sit quietly for a few minutes and focus on the fact that Allah is watching you and you are in His presence. Once you've managed to focus your mind completely on Allah. You can make niyyah and begin namaz. InshaAllah focusing this way, helps to dispel distractions and thoughts, making salah a truly wonderful spiritual experience.

indeed, whenever I feel a prescence, dry spit over your left shoulder thrice and seek refuge in allah (swt)

assalam alaikam

this is the subject that only the highest magicians in this world which is only a few maybe tops a few that possess the knowledge and the skill to control these spirits, i was attempting but stopped because i know what it would lead to

1. When you are about to cut a tree - say bismillah and proclaim out loud that if anyone lives here they should leave because you are about to cut the tree

2. Do not visit abondoned places or junkyards to relieve yourselves because often jinn live in such places

3. The Jinns arrive from the oceans so when one visits the sea side or such places they should definately read the Quran to safeguard themselves

4. The #1 sign he said that a jinn is trying to influence you is that you suddenly wake up from your sleep with a sudden jolt

5. The #2 sign that a jinn is trying to influence you is that you dream of falling from a high place

6. The #1 sign that someone is trying to use black magic against you is that either: A black cat, a snake or a lizard atacks you in your dream

7. Reciting the Quran regularly and making sure your prayers are in order is the best protectin against all jinns and magics.

:sl:

erm bro, do you think you could get a reference to that? specifically from the sunnah?

:w:
