What do you think of having volunteer section on forum? Private only visible to mods, admins and volunteers.

Different to IB Media idea, but this would have opportunity for members to help the forum and spread Islam. Basically it will have simple forum tasks to do, nothing technical or admin. I reckon if everyone is helping together then we can improve forum quicker.

Would you want to volunteer :)?

Lol. Tasks include writing tasks, documents, newsletters, islamic and many more! Intentions should be to please Allah swt & help Muslims, and :ia: you will be rewarded.

Do you reckon we should merge IB Volunteer and IB Media together or keep it 2 separate?
 
yes please put my name down - it will be a learning experience for me too!

I can research topics that i myself don't know and by researching i will be able to educate myself as well so it's a win-win situation!

We are once again looking for a volunteer to manage IB's Facebook page. All you would have to do is, find a good thread on IB and post its link on facebook, at least once every day.

Volunteer section would be great !I would like to volunteer but I'm not a very techno savvy person as I would have to hire someone else for that so no gain from it!As far as message of Deen is concerned IA I hope I can inculcate that if possible:)
 
What is the purpose of IB-FB to attract new users or make registered users to return and use IB?
 
As per our analytics report, we have a lot of visitors coming here after clicking on links on FB posts. The purpose is to get users back to the forum from FB.

Volunteers are still needed to maintain activity on some of the social media accounts related to IslamicBoard. If you are interested, please send a PM.
 
In that case you can still contribute to the growth of IB by active participation here. We might plan to introduce some new sections/features in the future and :ia: we will inform you when we need your help. Meanwhile, if you have any ideas, please let us know.
 
Please update on any new feature when possible; sounds exciting:ma:...trying to do as best as I can:ia:.
