Wow, Good question... To be honest I dont know how I got here... I think I was just searching random things like 'Islam' on google and came here mashallah :p

i spied on everyone for a bit then decided i needed some good muslim company... and here i am :P
 
The Imaams of the Haramain discussion was moved to Islamic Board. I was looking for it when the previous forum was either shut down or had a major change and someone referred me to Islamic Board.

I had searched for 'islamic forum' adn the second result was islamicboard.com after gawaher.com.
 
It was a long time ago, but I came across the forum quite by accident. Can't remember what I was searching for, but the first thread I accessed was one about er... pizza.
 
someone gave me alink on another forumas there werent many sisters i could talk to...

I searched for "Islamic discussion Forum", and i think there was a website that had a list of top 20 (or maybe top 40? can't remember) islamic discussion forums and clicked on all of them (including ummah, gawaher, islamic-life, islamicity, 7th century generation, turntoislam, sunniforum etc) , but I only got stuck with this one :)
 
I wanted to become more practising, meet brothers and sisters, engage in Islamic topics and learn more about my deen. I googled "Islamic Forum" and this site was the first link. Alhamdulillah, for this site is all I can say. I have truly benefited from it in many ways. I have also subsequently come across lots of Islamic forums but have stayed loyal only to this one... even if I have gone AWOL a few times in between :skeleton: I still refer to it as LI by the way! Old habit.

I wanted to learn about Islam and see how Muslims interacted with one another so I typed in Islamic message board and this popped up.
