The Prophet PBUH clearly said: Out of my Ummah, there will be 73 sects, and all will go to hell except for 1, those who follow my example (Quran and Sunnah).
So making divisions within Islam is totally Haram.
Hence if Gluen movement is a movement that has its own philosophy, then please avoid these. If that's not the case, then it might be a different thing.
