If someone hack how he will apologize and get mercy

if some one hack someone account and sell it. Now he feels sad for that
And how to get mercy from that guy that he don't know..??

If you are able to contact him then ask for his forgiveness, if not then ask Allah for forgiveness for the wrong you done him. Also, give the haram money to charity.
