jazakallah sis amani, i have heard that audio, but it screeches for some reason, i just hope bro najiullah has recorded an audio and video file of 29th april fajr

woohoo, Sheikh Salih al Talib is back! I was thinking today where he'd gone cos he hadn't led for some time.. :( buh, I wanted him to lead isha and Sheikh Shuraim fajr. :( Oh well! :)

On top of that, it's expected for Sheikh Salih al Talib to lead taraweeh this year I read! insha'Allah :wub:

Yes bro i have the recordings both audio/video.
i belive Sheikh Shuraim was not well from last week ,i think he had cold thats why his voice was heavier ( some people said in this thread that he was half alseep;D ) anywaz bro here is the link for audio file

and also bro tell me if you can hear another imam leading salah in some nearby mosque ( just before salaam ). i have head few time my self another imaam reciting while i was praying fajar on first floor at Bab E Abdul aziz side of Haram. But this is the first time i have heard it on sattelite link.

I think im the one to answer this one - i know him personally.
Sheikh Juhany is the imam of the masjidul-quba in madinah. he also leads in the prophet's masjid every now and again.
Taraweeh 1426 was his first in the haram as an imam and i think he might do it again next year. I heard that Sheikh Salih al-Talib will lead taraweeh this year. I hope so - and he was exeptional this morning at fajr time.

well if you do, i have a request. one semi-on topic.
the semi ontopic one, i don't know if you go into the cyber counselling section much, but brother iqram posted up a thread a couple of weeks ago, saying that he plans to make a khutbah book of sheikh shuraims kuhtbahs, translated into english, and he was wondering if he needs his consent, and if so how to go about it.

It crossed my mind that maybe you could speak to Al-Juhany to ask Shuraim.

Brothers Abdullah Saood and Abu Hurairah meet with Sheikh Shuraim and Sheikh Taalib, among other imaams. :) They live in KSA, so its believable. :)

jazakallah khair my bro najiullah, it is very much appreciated, maybe SS is taking a break now, he has been leading fajr consistently now for a long time, plus his throat is sore now

Even though SS has a sore throat he's still reciting well. I tell you now, reciting while having a sore throat is the hardest thing you can do. Try it one day, if Allah forgives you in that way. you'll see that reciting with correct tajweed with a bad throat is very very difficult.

Yes, inshallah ill do it. But Sheikh Juhany doesn't really speak to Sheikh Shuraim. i could have a crack at it though. I dont think he'll mind.

Everyone is good but Al-Budair is the best. If anyone have knowledge from where I can get the CD set of Holy Quran of Shaikh Salah Al-Budair please let me know of hte same.
