just wondering what you all thought of the translation, i thought it was very good by sheikh qasim, former imam of croydon mosque and now imam of alkhair

yep he gave translation, and it was very good, mashallah the khutbah by SS was full of wisdom
sheikh qasim is very popular in islam channel, he does his own show and once he did some prgram on guide and so many peopel asked him questions via email and he shwed that he had over 1,000 email on his phone mashallah

Hey.. how is the translation given? Is in text format and on the screen?

no SS gives out the khutbah, and after some time SS voice is turned off and Sheikh Qasim gives the translation, then SS continues speaking
i think it would be better if there was english subtitles

Is that the voice of Sheikh Qasim of al-Khayr? He sounds slightly different. Ive only heard him speak a few times. I dont watch Islam Channel, but some of my relatives do. Which show does he do?

Maghrib adhaan just went off in Makkah.. :)

oooh.. I didn't catch the mu'adhins name... volume was too low. :( One of my favourite mu'adhins too. :(

Anyone know??

lol my fave muadhin too, he sounds amazing, has a really loud voice mashallah
am not sure what programs he does now, not watched for long
awaiting maghrib salaah in Madinah, hopefully it will be SB inshallah
