No i dont think it is. Probably someone in Makkah though who he's paid. I didn't take a good look at it. Will do later inshallah
I especially like his recitations when he was young. He used to recite a bit faster and he had a younger voice. but he's still going strong mashallah.

SubHaanAllaah! The shaykh is too humble to have someone create a website for him. And it's stated clearly on the front page, when you first enter the site, that it's totally unofficial and the team behind it has no links whatsoever with the noble shaykh.

Translated into idiomatic, not literal, English: "This website is unofficial and it does not have any link whatsoever with the Shaykh. It is only an effort on the part of some 'fans' of the Shaykh (May Allaah preserve him)" Ameen.

Jazakallah Khayr bro, i didnt read that bit of the site. But its a very good site, so professional looking that i thought it was official.
I know some other qurra' have websites that have been made for them by other peope and the sites are official.

I don't think any of the Haram'ain imaams would pay for sites to be done on them.

And btw another clue that the site was not paid for by Sheikh Shuraim is that it has pictures of him. Sheikh Shuraim would not let them post his picture if he was in charge..

yes sis i agree with u , i think sheikh dont need a web site , atleast this type of data.
also sheikh is a govt. emplyee and i dont think they are allowed to have there own web site.( maybe i am wrong)

and finally incase if sheikh shuraim will pay for a website for his recition ( dont think he ever will) he will not save money and register it through godady.com
