Today's khutbah was beautiful, masha'Allah .. learnt quiet a bit from it.

Today's Khutba from Masjid an Nabawi can be seen on www.islam-fr.com.
Shaikh Hudaify was in top form mashAllah. Funny, i don't know much arabic, but constantly listening to the khutbahs in arabic, i'm getting a good hang of it especially when it's loaded with ahadith and ayaat from quraan. SST gave a nice khutbah too, which i saw on the islam channel, mashAllah. Great thing about all the imams of haramain is they are all very articulate and i am able to understand much of what they say.

May Allah give us Hidayah to Sirat al Mustaqeem. Ameen

Islam Channel didn't give the translation today innit? I didn't watch it from the beginning anyway..so I'm not sure if they gave it in the beginnig? I doubt it though.

Masha'Allah todays khutbah was special.. I don't know why? It just was. (Maybe because wAK didn't watch??)

Ya islam channel didn't give the translation, and i'm glad they didn't, cos the translator was really struggling the last juma, it's much better all arabic on fridays, and repeat on sunday with english translation.
Strange but ya, today's khutba, especially shaikh hudhaify one was .... well...i felt kinda it was for me...as i tend to get impatient rather quickly :hiding:

ooooh, is that how they do it now? Arabic on Fridays and translation on Sundays? cool. It's good if that is what they are doing because you would miss have the khutbah anyway the way they translate it. Plus, you can't translate as you go along, and no wonder the guy was struggling; you need time.

hehe I think that khutbah is for a lot of people then.
