I thinks the police officer says the man that he have to let some place to shaykh Sudais, and the man don't understand why asking that because he don't have seen Shaykh Sudais.. Wa Allahu a'lam.

I can ask inshallah but I dont think the Imams know until a few weeks before ramadan. Last year when I asked Shaykh Saleh he said "I maybe praying traweeh this year" - but he didnt.

Most of us people will find out on the 1st night of ramdan.

Me too i don't have the sound at the beginning i think the problem come from the channel.
