I got the answer for this. During Ramadhan, they use the Muslim World League calculation method for the Fajr time, ie 18 degrees, not 19 degrees which is used in the Ummal Qura method. It seems like MWL calculation is more accurate at many places in the world, not only the Land of Haramain.Has anyone noticed? The Fajr azan is being given 2 or 3 mins late in Fajr nowadays than the standard Ummal Qura timing at Masjidul Haram, Makkah. I wonder why they are doing like that, since we keep our fast according to the azan at Haram...

What to do as a precaution?
As a precaution, you may stop eating some time before the Fajr prayer and pray some time after it. We suggest to customize the calculation details by picking 19.5 degrees for computing the Imsak time and 15 degrees for computing the Fajr prayer time. You can customize your settings (including the calculation method) by clicking on 'Change' under the 'Settings' panel on the left hand side of the main page.
