Hey how have u been sister , long time , hope all is well n JazakAllah for sharing the links , Sheikh Budair has been amazing , sheikh juhany too , i wish Aal Al sheikh would come back for maghrib though its been a while n sheikh Ghamdi lead a beautiful surah Az Zumar the other night , last night was nice to , i missed the prayers tonight so waiting for haramian recordings to update the site to see who led.

Anyone know who will be leading salatul kusoof i wish its sheikh mohsin al qasim in madinah and sheikh shuraim in makkah InshAllah.

So sudais for istisqa in Makkah , Budair in madinah n Sheikh Abdul Aziz Aal Al sheikh the grand mufti in Riyad.

coudlnt catch the khutbas n salats but will check online InshahAllah , anyone knows when the kusoof salah will be? around what time? i wana see it live on tv if i could. Wish i was there for the khusof Salah by Sheikh Mahir , it was amazing n wish i could mae it for kusoof.

Brothers n sister please make dua that i can move to the land of tawheed , the land of haramin soon , I feel so far away , so far away from the haramain n so far away from the scholars, N whats so sad is that every year one or two big scholars pass away... wish we could benefit from them .. Inna Lillah Wa Inna ilayhi rajioun

N may Allah make it easy for all of u to visit the haramain soon or move there

Makkah:
Starts: 7:39 am
Ends: 10:29 am

Madeenah:
Starts: 7:47 am
Ends: 10:27 am

So I suppose the salaah will be performed at approximately these times :hmm:

Any guesses or wishes for whose going to perform the salaah? Not that I can recommend it or anything :p

I hope it's Sheikh Budair in Madeenah and Sheikh Aal Taalib in Makkah, but I wouldn't mind having Sheikh Maahir again in Makkah or even Sheikh Shuraim :coolious:

Yeah fourth is Sheikh Shuraim's tune and fifth sounds a li'l like Sheikh Thubayty :hmm: to me anyway...

And every time I think of who led in Makkah and Madeenah,there's just this thought at the back of my mind: "What about Al Aqsa?" imsad
 
Jazak'Allah khairan brother for posting the videos from Masjid al Aqsa. :) MashaAllah,all the imams had great voices. I really liked the 2nd imams recitation, Sheikh Saeed. The last one does sound like Sheikh Thubayti,but not the voice,just the tune.

InshAllah i pray to Allah that sheikh abdul mohsin al qasim will be leading in madinah salatul kusoof.

If they both pick the whole of baqarah and imran and surat nisa then that would subahAllah that would be soo awesome.

Is it true that sheikh shuraim has led salatul kusoof and he read the whole of baqarah?? :skeleton:


MashAllah sheikh ghamdi will be doing it in makkah thats awesome i rmemeber last yr when he led salatul khusuf that was brilliant.

Sheikh Shuraim has recited Sura Kahf and .... :hmm: I dunno which other suras in an eclipse prayer in 1420. Don't know about Sura Baqarah though :><:

Sheikh Saalih bin Muhammad aalTaalib for khutbah in Makkah. He spoke about lying :? I didn't hear the whole khutbah unfortunately imsad

Raudha, Sheikh Taalib spoke more about truthfulness! :X It was awesome! and the salaah was a bit fast, but it was really beautiful! :wub:

zAk, Subhanallah! the whole of Sura Baqarah! :exhausted. Yes, Sheikh Ghamidi did lead and he recited from Sura Tawbah. I didn't listen live imsad I had a patient presentation <_< I'm waiting for the recordings. I don't know who led in Madeenah and my uncle's not online on skype so I can't ask him. :X

Anyway I gotta run to class..... :w:
