Sheikh Muhaisni was never the Imaam of either Haram'ain as far as I know. He was and currently is an imaam at a masjid which is in Makkah. He was arrested for that dua he made and was later released. For some reason when the flash of the dua was made, the creator decided to say its in the Haram, during the year 1422, when for sure I know that Sheikh Muhaisni did not lead in the Haram that year. Thats what happens when something is put forth without confirming, people will just believe it because obviously it doesn't sound doubtful.

I dunno...Maybe it was more like he was suspended from his imaam position for a while. Although they do arrest scholars...so Allahu a'lam. :)

They're obsessed fans...what do you expect? :X Imagine if they all go as a group to Makkah and Madeenah, the Haram'ain imaams will have 10 people stalking them at once...the guards won't have a chance to push anyone away. :p

Salam very interesting thread i really enjoy taraveeh as well. I started watching it from 2003 and by the way Zak that man in the wheelchair has been there since 2003 but then he was standing, look how weak he has becum but mashallah he still manages to read the taraveeh. Also i don't no if you lot have noticed but there's always a man in the first row in like a cream abaya occasionally if no one pushes him to the side he reads side by side with SST, he's been there since 2003 he has such a serene aura about him any ideas on who he might be?
