Sheikh Sudais is a professor at Umm al Qura university
and Sheikh Salih Al Talib is a student there getting his
doctorate degree.

to br Hafiz Idrees: i dont think that Sheikh Shuraim teaches anymore, he used to be professor at UQ University but is a now a judge in the high court of makkah

well shiekh ayuub is not arab ( in madina ) so I think if Allah accepts u u will become imam !!!

despite can u tell me the POSTs related to imams? I CANT FIND them :(


and about becoming student of shiekh shuraim????

Sheikh Talib has already attained his Doctorate degree, hasnt he? :)

to be an imam of haramain is a great blessing of Allah...
if u have talent,and it is ur ambition to become an imam,continue praying to Allah, because it is Allah not the king who will accept u as an imam,and there is no discrimination btw an arab or a non arab in eyes of Allah...
the point is, u should possess perfect arabic accent and good tajweed along with a good style.

They let sheikh ayouub lead in madina masjid quba because like they dont show it on tv and like its not like madina and makkah.

Like have you seen in mecca in taraweeh they bring sheikh juhany because he is a saudi but they dont bring sheikh ayuub because i think he is not and arab.

If you want to know more ask the people in makkah and madinah and abdullah saood.

Yh Sheikh Ayyoub is originall from Burma. I think someone said that they allowed him to be Imam because he had been living in Saudi for a very long time.. :)
 
although we are talking about discrimination against non arabs i hope you dont have anything against any of the imamas because they are all great in their own way and ultimately it was Allah who decided that they would lead so many people in prayer

Brother Abdullah2907 u r right because they are the imams and allah only choices who is the imam and who is not you cant change it .

Let us just forget about the discrimination we are talking about by the way this board is for imams of haramain.

Hafiz Idress, I'm not a student of SS personally, Everyone is a student of Sheikh Shuraim as we listen to his Khutbahs and the listen to the Quran,but Insallah, with Allah's help, Ill learn from the Sheikhs themselves.

Jazakallah Khair for answering these questions, so if you have good tajweed and a lot of knowledge of islam, But do you have purchase like a degree from an university? You see, as you say, the imams have other professions as well, so if I was become an medical doctor and also become a imam of Haram, would that Qualify?

I think Sheikh Talib is a good role model to follow because he is studing as well as being an Imam, so we should really follow how he's going about it.

Hafiz saab, plz post ur story, you gt me exicted now!!!!!

my friend said to me that a salat made by budair was emotional.He had misled;
I acknowledge the recitation of the premiere rakat in the Maghreb of Al Shaykh was emotional;

Yes Sheikh Hussain Al Shaykh was quiet emotional in the first rakat, i've never heard him so emotional before, mashallah he prayed beautifuly
 
mashallah Sheikh Huthaify led salat al fajr today in madinah (Surat Al Waqiah)

long time since he has led fajr
