hahahahahahahaha sheikh sudais has a good sense of humor. lol hahaha that was hilarious. u could even hear him laugh. MashaAllah the dua was great.

It shows that even though they have so much iman, taqwa and a high status they still treat people in a good way and have a sense of humour

'Bakistan Zindabad..Bakistan Zindabad..Mulkatul Arabiyah Wa Saudiah Wa Bakistan Zindabad...Shukrahn..Jazakumallahu Khair'

Bakistan = Pakistan (no 'p' in arabic)
Zindabad which i think means for life

I think he said this in a lighthearted way and as a joke becuase earlier on people were shouting Imam -e- Ka'aba Zindabad

Its sort of a custom over there i think

Just a correction...its al mamlakatul arabiyyah.... ;) That was very cool mashaAllah. lol

Also, are you sure that sheikh Shuraim did the Khatam dua in 2001? I mean there's nothing at all available from that year's Taraweeh, and its been spread so much that Sheikh Muhaisny did it that year, I've become doubtful that anyone besides Sheikh Sudais did it that year. And I also coulda sworn that a brother who lives in Jeddah and was in Makkah told us Sheikh Sudais did it...unless he got the names mixed up.

Btw, is this the same dua you'll are trying to link to of Sheikh Shuraim's?

Yea ur correct,i think Sh.Shuraim didnt do the dua in 2001,im pretty sure too.As far as i know Sh.Shuraim never did Khatm-ul-Quran dua in Haram. He did it in Riyadh.

The link you gave for the dua video is the correct khatm-dua by shuraim,but it doesnt go with the video. i have full Khatm-dua by Shuraim on mp3. Insha'Allah i will post it later.

I remember King Abdullah Also said the same at the end of his speech way back in pakistan I guess... Bakistan Zandabaad ( not ZINDAbaad :P )

I wonder why shiekh Sudais is not shown on TV any more !!! I read in the paper he has extended his stay for 2 more days here...what is he exactly doing ???
 
I heard from brother najiullah that they are showing sudais on TV but nothing important going on...but he will post that


I wonder why its not important !
 
does anyone realize the amount of hand gestures sheikh sudais uses lol
