I dont know if any of you remember, but sheikh kalbaani and sheikh Bukhaari were supposed to come to South Africa at the end of last year. Anyway, they didnt end up coming cause our local Jamiat (An Islamic organization) prevented them from doing so by asking saudi not to issue their visas. Why? Because they were gonna be in a Souq (mixed gatherings, etc.) (The souq was muslim-held but not a very conducive islamic environment). Just thought id let you all know.

I was wondering if anyone has any new news about what sheikh kalbani is doing because subhanallah i love his voice so much same with sheikh budayr they are just my favourite.

I also wanted to ask is sheikh kalbani a real imam for every salah or is he just for taraweeh.

I wanted to know if sheikh adel al kalbani is a imam of makkah only for taraweeh or is he imam also for normal salah's.

I think Sheikh 'Adil was only imam for Taraweeh... :)

According to an arab source, Sheikh Kalbaani is now Imam and Khateeb of Masjid Al-Muhaisany. Allah knows best.
 
Al-Muhaisany??? Any of this link to Sheikh Mohammed ibn Suleyman Al-Mohaisany? he is Imam of Masjid Khaled ibn Thani in makkah I think.
 
Nah, He leads at Masjid Qatari in Makkah. I found out while I was in Makkah

Sheikh Khayyath in Makkah for Jumua. Spoke about Shukr. Sheikh Budair in Madeenah. Spoke about Salaah.

It is Sheikh Shuraim,its one of his old recitations mashaAllah..i dnt knw about the sura muzzammil
