Insha'Allah Sheikh Hussayn Will Return This Week ! Was Waiting Anxiously To Hear His Recitations And For His Jummah Khutbah. They Show Under The Mukkabarriya Alot And It Makes Me A Bit Emotional Now As They Keep Showing The Area Where I Used To Love Sitting Because Of The View Of The Ka'abah And After They Installed The Blue Fans During Ramadhan.
 
Who's Been Leading Zuhr And Asr In The Two Grand Mosques Lately? Is It Still Sheikh Qasim For Zuhr?

Just Had A Glance At Some Pictures Of The Expansion. 120 Days Left For Them To Finish The 1st Part Of The Project. Then A Three Month Stop On The Project.

Shaykh 'Abd Al-Muhsin Al Qaasem For Dhuhr & 'Asr
Shaykh Juhany For Dhuhr And Shaykh Ghazzaawii For 'Asr.

Just Thought I'd Post The Following:

Syed Abul Hasan Ali Hasani Nadwi died on 23 Ramadan, 1420 AH (Dec. 31, 1999) in Raebareli, India at the age of 86. More than 200,000 people attended his burial and the prayer was led by his nephew and successor Mulana Muhammad Raby Nadawi. He was buried near Shah Alam-u-llah, founder of Takiah Kalan.

His Janazah was also performed at the Two Grand Mosques. (Janazah Gaib). Ordered by the king.

His name was mentioned during a Khutbah delivered by Sheikh Khayaat. I think it must've been the father of Sheikh Usaama who mentioned his name. He was well known by the arabs and the non arabs.

He was also called to open the door of the Ka'abah - When the key holder was about to turn the key, he paused and on one occassion asked for Syed Abul Hassan and requested him to open the door.

As far as I have heard from a pretty reliable source, the مهندس of الحرم said so. والله أعلم
 
Sheikh Hudhayfee Made An Announcement Once A Few Weeks/Months Ago. Anyone Have The Link To It? I Think It Was After Jummah One Day?
