He can have his villa in turkey or france, he'll get his real villa in hellfire inshallah. Then we'll see how comfortable this munafiq is.

As for the fatwa. Everything in there is correct about those who make pictures or draw pictures of animate beings. Stern warning is given against such an act as Allah will command the picture make to put life into what he created and he will not be able to then he and his image both will be in the hellfire. This clearly applies all the painters and sculptures and what not.

As for photography, although this site does include that in the picture making category, some other scholars however do not. So there is a difference of opinion on whether photography falls into this category or not. I for one tend to stay way from it just to be on the safe side, after all it is hellfire we're talking about here. So i don't have a camera nor do i go to the photo shop and print out photos from such cameras (photo on paper). Digital photography is a different matter all together. As for lot of members on this board, i'm assuming you think they would be in a not so nice place because of the animate being pictures they share on here. I think there is a difference between being an image maker (taking the picture) and sharing what already exists. Although it still would be best not to share pictures in vain that serve no purpose. I think this musharraf picture qualifies as one that serves no benefit, where as the one before it starting with "if you send us this" does serve a good purpose and benefit on an educational and eye opener level.

yeah, he did horrible things, lal masjid not being the worst:heated:
but i believe he was better than zardari...or not, we'll have to see

on the other hand, I'm really confused as to how you can accept that making them is forbidden but sharing them is not?

I'm not saying that making images is haraam but sharing is ok. I"m just saying they are two different things. the fatwa states photography is haram unless it is due necessity or serves a benefit. For example, the musharaf picture would be bad to post and but the pictures of the bush and arabs smooching each other could be ok since it shows (on an education level) what the munafiqs are doing and to expose them.
 
wow...thats different...I wonder how it would be to climb in and out of bed??? haha
