well, actually I did not vote for anything in specific 'cause it depends on the person himself and what could attract him.
immm....maybe they will interest in Allah......especially the atheists
it also could be the halal and haram if the non-muslims are living with muslims and watching them practicing Islam in action, I guess they will show more curiosity to ask why is this allowed and that is not
