Increase in PM quota

The Private Message (PM) quota has been increased from quota 50 PMs to 70 PMs for the LI members and from 50 PMs to 100 PMs for the moderators.

Mods normally have more pms from members etc. because we have to keep the forum organized. Thus, its a fair idea to increase mod storage of pms.
