Is it permissable to wear attoor while fasting?

As salaamu alaikum,

I have a friend who sell perfume for Attoor.com, we are trying to find out if anyone has heard anything about Muslims not being able to burn incense or wear perfume while they are fasting?

If anyone has any information on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.

As salaamu aalykum,

I believe that there is no Maani3 in one doing so... you can take the ahaadeeth that the Prophet sallaahu 3alayhi wassalaam used to put the 3uttor one for the jum3ah congregation... if it were'nt permissable and Allahu a3lam he would have stopped doing so in the Month of Ramadan or when he was fasting We alos would've heard about him aborting this matter through narrations/ahaadeeth.
Also like we all know it isn't permissable for the women to wear it and go out with it on...whether she's fasting or not!!...

InshaAllah someone else will come with Fatwa from The People of Knowledge...

I have now heard that it is not pertaining to Attoor but that it is not preferable to burn Bakhoor while fasting as the smoke may be inhaled and break the fast.

if anyone has found anything else please share,
