is it Riba to work on expedition services?

So theres this local cargo or expedition services that ships goods or document, the procedure is that if the goods is weighed says 1.3kilograms it will be rounded to 1kgs if it 1.4kgs or more it will be rounded to 2kg and so on,
1. is this considered riba?
2. what is the rulling of one working in this company that directly accept the goods from the customer to be weighed and shipped it, is the salary is considered riba?
3. and what is the ruling of the individual who made a deal to open a small branch of this company with profit sharing, is the profit also considered riba?
4. if one is working as an IT helpdesk in this company, is his earning lawful?

AFAIK Riba is on Money or goods thats lent and were added upon them when taking it back OR enjoying a favour due to our lending

If the method of doing this calculating 1.4 to 1.5 kg or 2 kg is known to the customer or being brought to customers knowledge and they agree it will fully than its not a Problem. This will a Sin related to weighing rather than Riba. Allah knows the best.
