never heard of this shutki but that picture does not look nice. is it only one certain fish thats shutki or something?

i eat and love salted fish though. but yeh it doesnt smell the best :hiding:

Dried/Salted fish is very important for Malaysians, Thais and Indonesians. We dried almost every single type of fish...

We dried the shrimps, squids, sea cucumber, seahorses and cockles too
