Is Smoking Haram?

So let me get this, it is haram but you can still sell or buy it?

i dont know about selling it or buying it about cigarrettes
but i know that alcohol is haram even to sell or buy.

well its simply becoz there are certain corrupt scholars who hav taken a liking to cigarrettes so they dont see damaging your body slowly as haram you see. Its corruption, if u research on it the fact thats its haram is too clear. Its plain! Not even in between as sum doubtful matters are.

i'm sure is haram to sell or buy... but it is not easy to stop them from selling or buying. Is already part of their habit and addiction.

And Kuri, I was refering to Saudi Arabia because Saudi is the capital of Islamic City and I wondered whether they sell cigarettes there despite it being labeled as haram.
