Is there an adoption system set up for orphaned children in Turkey?

Assalamu'alaykum y'all,

perchance, with the recent earthquake in Turkey, there is an adoption system set up for orphans? Our family has been discussing this and would at least love some advice on how we could adopt an orphan affected by the earthquakes.

MashaAllah, there is a great reward in doing that:

The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:“I will be like this in Jannah with the person who takes care of an orphan.” The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, raised his forefinger and middle finger by way of illustration.

Jzk Akhi! Our family has been looking into this option but haven't found anything :sad: I was hoping one of the turkish members on here would help me out!
