Is (zho el'Qarnyen) Prophet Solomon PBUH?

I read an explanation of the second part of the hadith before, and I can't find it at the moment. I think it is when the righteous people stop commanding the good and forbidding the evil. I don't know, Allaahu Alam.

I believe Dul Qarneyn is who All refered to in the Quran i.e. Dul Qarneyn.

We can play the guessing game to no avail. Simply it is possible History has no accurate record of him.

So who is dul-Qarneyn is in the Quran, the one who built the wall.
