God knows if his parents knew what his name means in Arabic - but it appears some special gifts were given to him - possibly for divine advertisement.

Isao Machii (町井勲 Machii Isao, born August 20, 1973) is a Japanese Iaido master (Shūshinryū Iaijutsu hyōhō, Shūshin-kan head master) in Kawanishi, Hyōgo, Japan.

He holds a number of Guinness World Records for his katana skills, including "Most martial arts katana cuts to one mat (suegiri)",[2] "Fastest 1,000 martial arts sword cuts",[3] "Most sword cuts to straw mats in three minutes",[4] and "Fastest tennis ball (820 km/h) cut by sword".[5]

Allah knows best but I believe his using Jinn's to assist him perfect his speed in order to cut the bullet.

Also another think to take note is that I believe somehow that the ancient world martial artists could perform amazing things due to magic that has perhaps died meaning that sort of magic has disappeared from human knowlegde.

If you take notice most of the Shaolin or ancient world martial artists where into some heavy occult stuff that was straight out magic and Jinn's were involved. I reckon maybe 2000 to 3000 years ago that great magician martial arts exist who could make the things we do with CGI today reality by using some sort of occult and being aided by several jinn's at one point maybe even in the hundreds.

Magic in itself peaked during Moses time or perhaps even way before him. Some of these magicians can't even be compared to these that exist today they had way more knowlegde into their craft imo

There are multiple levels of laws that are studied in martial arts and jinn are not normally required, they call it black magic and white magic simply because they are not miracles carried out through Prophets or saints (awliyaa), unlawful tactics are usually referred to as "black magic" - and lawful tactics such as deflecting malicious unlawful actions (lawful qisaas in effect) are sometimes referred to as "white magic" - since the word "magic" has been often used to describe extraordinary feats that normal worldly people are not privy to, the statement "wa maa kafara sulaimaan" explains a lot in terms of lawful and unlawful tactics.

On the highest platform, directly praying to Allah :swt: with a high level of tawakkul for steadfastness or additional assistance in a lawful action is not really magic at all though since it's way above magic with no blur whatsoever - this is seen in the assistance with angels and other unseen forces at badr, and the breaking of it is seen at uhud and hunayn (reading the Quranic verses on the topics on a focused meditational level spell it out quite obviously).

The human body is capable of summoning huge amounts of energy through focus and meditation without the use of a single jinn - as long as the mind plays within the rules at different levels in matrices, the higher the state and power, the more focus is required to prevent a shattering of the construct.
Nothing fishy at all as long as it is within obedience to Allah and not in rebellion to Allah.

Those who use evil jinn to get unlawful advantages usually have to swear sickening blood oaths involving lifetime corruption and service to iblees - they usually know that they are eternally damned and make a greedy and short sighted trade for this short life over never ending aakhirah - and they're ultimate losers no matter what level of skill and riches they attain in exchange for the evil they are required to do in conjunction with other foolish soul-sellers within "secret orders".

But yeah, not all martial art involves jinn, there are huge amounts of untapped spiritual energy in each individual human being that can be used for good in obedience to Allah :swt:
