Islam's view on UK Benefit System

Just wanted to know - What is Islam's view on UK Benefit System ? Is it permissible to take Child benefits ?

Benefit is allowance that given only for those who have right to receive it. And a Muslim is allowed to take what is being his/her right.

A Muslim is allowed to take benefit if he/she meet the condition that make him/her has right to take this benefit. But if he/she does not meet this condition, then he/she is not allowed to take this benefit.
