all praise is due to Allah (swt) and his beloved prophet (salallahu alahi hi wasalam) and the prophet (salallahu alai hi wasalam)'s family and all who follow them.

The Prophet, salah allahu 'alayhi wa salam, said:

“Whoever has a favour done for him and says Jazaak Allaahu khayran (may Allaah reward you with good) has done his utmost to thank him.”

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2035; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.


Let us try to remember and practice this hadith whenever we decide to interact with Muslims. Sometimes, little things make the biggest difference. How can you refuse the reward of good? A believer is more deserving of your love than anyone else. The Prophet, salah allahu 'alayhi wa salam had a way of spreading love and compassion amongst his friends, we should too.

Is it 'Wa Iyyak' to sisters and 'Wa Iyyakum' to brothers?
