Jews asked Mohamed to allow the Jews of Bani Qaynuqa tobe back to medina but he said no, then they took apart in the battle of the trench. Mohamed killed the jews after.

Its spelt Muhammad and for respect we usually refer to him with the title of 'prophet' before his name or 'peace be upon him' after his name - as with all prophets

okay soz, I usuallly do put "pbuh" but why do we have to spell it like that. is there any particular reason for it. I did not know we had to spell his name in that way.

I spoke to Jewish friend (female) and she was trying to explain to me how Muhammad (pbuh) did not show mercy upon Jews. She is a close friend of mine. But I did not answer her questions, I told her to go to a scholar or someone more qualified to answer those questions and her concerns.
