I don't know whether this should be in the Arabic or the Urdu section.
You can get videos of Arabic lessons run by Qur'an Academy, Lahore (founded by Israr Ahmed, founder of Tanzeem-e-Islami). They are in Urdu, and they use both Urdu and English grammer to teach Arabic.

They use "Aasaan Arbi Grammar (Easy Arabic Grammer) " as a textbook. This comes in 3 parts, which can be downloaded from the following links:
