21:8 And We did not make the prophets forms not eating food, nor were they immortal [on earth].

21:9 Then We fulfilled for them the promise, and We saved them and whom We willed and destroyed the transgressors.

21:10 We have certainly sent down to you a Book in which is your mention. Then will you not reason?

21:11 Many a habitation of wicked people is there, which We crushed to piece, and after them raised up another people.

21:12 When they perceived Our Scourge they began to flee the place.

21:13 (Then it was said to them:) "Do not run away: go back to the same life of luxury and the houses where you were making merry: perhaps you may be asked about it."

21:14 They said, "O woe to us! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."

21:15 And that declaration of theirs did not cease until We made them [as] a harvest [mowed down], extinguished [like a fire].

21:16 And We did not create the heaven and earth and that between them in play.

21:17. Had We intended to take a pastime (i.e. a wife or a son, etc.), We could surely have taken it from Us, if We were going to do (that).21:18. Nay, We fling (send down) the truth (this Qur'an) against the falsehood (disbelief), so it destroys it, and behold, it (falsehood) is vanished. And woe to you for that (lie) which you ascribe (to Us) (against Allah by uttering that Allah has a wife and a son).

21:19. To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and on earth. And those who are near Him (i.e. the angels) are not too proud to worship Him, nor are they weary (of His worship).

21:20. They (i.e. the angels) glorify His Praises night and day, (and) they never slacken (to do so).

^Sister maximum number of verses we can post at a time is 3.

21:20 They exalt [Him] night and day [and] do not slacken.

21:21 Or have men taken for themselves gods from the earth who resurrect [the dead]?

21:22 Had there been within the heavens and earth gods besides Allah , they both would have been ruined. So exalted is Allah , Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.

i c JazakAllah khair, I didn't know that.

21:23. He cannot be questioned as to what He does, while they will be questioned.21:24. Or have they taken for worship (other) aliha (gods) besides Him? Say: "Bring your proof:" This (the Qur'an) is the Reminder for those with me and the Reminder for those before me. But most of them know not the Truth, so they are averse.

21:25. And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad salalhu wa alaihe wa sallam) but We inspired him (saying): La ilaha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allah)], so worship Me (Alone and none else)."

21:26 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants.

21:27 They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.

21:28 He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they cannot intercede except on behalf of one whom He approves. And they, from fear of Him, are apprehensive.

21:29.
And if any of them should say: "Verily, I am an ilah (a god) besides Him (Allah)," such a one We should recompense with Hell. Thus We recompense the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).

21:30. Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?

21:31. And We have placed on the earth firm mountains, lest it should shake with them, and We placed therein broad highways for them to pass through, that they may be guided.

21:32. And We have made the heaven a roof, safe and well guarded. Yet they turn away from its signs (i.e. sun, moon, winds, clouds, etc.).21:33. And He it is Who has created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon, each in an orbit floating.

21:34. And We granted not to any human being immortality before you (O Muhammad salalahu wa alaihe wa sallam), then if you die, would they live forever?

^ Same person cannot post twice in the thread at a time :D.

21:35 Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.

21:36 And when those who disbelieve see you, [O Muhammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], "Is this the one who insults your gods?" And they are, at the mention of the Most Merciful, disbelievers

21:37 Man was created of haste. I will show you My signs, so do not impatiently urge Me.

And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?" (21:38)
If those who disbelieved but knew the time when they will not avert the Fire from their faces or from their backs and they will not be aided (21:39)
Rather, it will come to them unexpectedly and bewilder them, and they will not be able to repel it, nor will they be reprieved. (21:40)

21:41 And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.

21:42 Say, "Who can protect you at night or by day from the Most Merciful?" But they are, from the remembrance of their Lord, turning away.

21:43 Or do they have gods to defend them other than Us? They are unable [even] to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us.

21:44
Nay, but We gave these and their fathers ease until life grew long for them. See they not how we visit the land, reducing it of its outlying parts? Can they then be the victors?
21:45
Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I warn you only by the Inspiration. But the deaf hear not the call when they are warned.

21:46 And if [as much as] a whiff of the punishment of your Lord should touch them, they would surely say, "O woe to us! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers."

21:47 And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

21:48 And We had already given Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous

21:49. Those who fear their Lord without seeing Him, and they are afraid of the Hour.

21:50. And this is a blessed Reminder (the Qur'ân) which We have sent down, will you then (dare to) deny it?

21:51. And indeed We bestowed aforetime on Ibrâhim (Abraham) his (portion of) guidance, and We were Well-Acquainted with him (as to his Belief in the Oneness of Allâh).

21:52 When he said to his father and his people, "What are these statues to which you are devoted?"

21:53 They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them."

21:54He said, "You were certainly, you and your fathers, in manifest error."

(21:55) They said, "What! Are you presenting your real ideas before us, or are you jesting"? *55
*55 The literal translation will be: "Are you presenting the Truth before us, or just playing with us?" They were so sure of the truth of their creed that they could never imagine that anyone could be serious in declaring it to be false.

(21:56) He answered, "Nay, in fact your Lord is the same Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and their Creator! I hear witness to this, and,

(21:57) by God, I will out-wit your idols in your absence. " *56
*56 That is, "lf you do not understand this by argument, I will present a practical proof that these idols are helpless and have no powers. Therefore, it is wrong to make them your deities".
