Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 88 - 89

588.png

And eat any lawful, good thing from what Allah has provided for you, and fear Allah whose believers you are. [88]

589.png

Allah does not hold you accountable for what is not countable from among your oaths, but He does hold you accountable for the oath you have bound yourself with. Its expiation is to feed ten poor persons at an average of what you feed your family with, or to clothe them, or to free a slave. And whoever finds none shall fast for three days. That is expiation for your oaths when you have sworn. And take care of your oaths. That is how Allah makes His signs clear to you, so that you may be grateful. [89]

5:90. O you who believe! Intoxicants (all kinds of alcoholic drinks), gambling, Al*Ansâb, and Al*Azlâm (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaitân's (Satan) handiwork. So avoid (strictly all) that (abomination) in order that you may be successful.

5:91. Shaitân (Satan) wants only to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants (alcoholic drinks) and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allâh and from As-Salât (the prayer). So, will you not then abstain?

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 92 - 93

592.png

Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and be careful. If you still turn back, be sure that the duty of Our Messenger is only to convey the Message clearly. [92]

593.png

There is no sin for those who believe and do good deeds, in what they might have eaten earlier, if they fear Allah and believe and do good deeds, again fear Allah and believe, and still again fear Allah and become good in deeds. And Allah loves those who are good in deeds. [93]

5:94. O you who believe! Allâh will certainly make a trial of you with something in (the matter of) the game that is well within reach of your hands and your lances, that Allâh may test who fears Him unseen. Then whoever transgresses thereafter, for him there is a painful torment.

5:95. O you who believe! Kill not game while you are in a state of Ihrâm for Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage), and whosoever of you kills it intentionally, the penalty is an offering, brought to the Ka'bah, of an eatable animal (i.e. sheep, goat, cow, etc.) equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or, for expiation, he should feed Masâkin (poor persons), or its equivalent in Saum (fasting), that he may taste the heaviness (punishment) of his deed. Allâh has forgiven what is past, but whosoever commits it again, Allâh will take retribution from him. And Allâh is All*Mighty, All-Able of Retribution.

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 96- 99

596k.png

The game of the sea and its eating has been made lawful for you, something of benefit to you and to the travellers. And the game of the land has been made unlawful for you as long as you are in Ihram. And fear Allah towards Whom you are going to be gathered. [96]

597c.png

Allah has made Ka'bah, the Sacred House, a source of stability for the people, and the sacred month and the sacrificial animal and the garlands. All this so that you may learn that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and that Allah is All-Knowing in respect of everything. [97]

598.png

Be sure that Allah is severe in punishment and that Allah is Very Forgiving, Very Merciful. [98]

599e.png

The duty of Our Messenger is only to convey the Message. And Allah knows what you disclose and what you conceal. [99]

5:100. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Not equal are Al*Khabîth (all that is evil and bad as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, foods, etc.) and At*Taiyib (all that is good as regards things, deeds, beliefs, persons, foods, etc.), even though the abundance of Al-Khabîth (evil) may please you." So fear Allâh much [(abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allâh much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)], O men of understanding in order that you may be successful.

5:101. O you who believe! Ask not about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if you ask about them while the Qur'ân is being revealed, they will be made plain to you. Allâh has forgiven that, and Allâh is Oft*Forgiving, Most Forbearing.

5:102. Before you, a community asked such questions, then on that account they became disbelievers.

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 103 - 105

5103.png

Allah has made no Bahirah, no Sa'ibah, no Wasliah and no Hami (names of animals dedicated to idols in Jahiliyyah on different grounds) but those who disbelieve coin a lie against Allah, and most of them do not understand. [103]

5104.png

And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has sent down, and to the Messenger;" they say, "sufficient for us is what we have found our forefathers on." Is it so, even though their forefathers knew nothing, and had no guidance either? [104]

5105.png

O those who believe, take care of your own selves. The one who has gone astray cannot harm you, if you are on the right path. To Allah is the return of you all. Then, He will tell you what you have been doing. [105]

سورة المائدة آية ١٠٦

O you who believe! When death approaches any of you, and you make a bequest, then take the testimony of two just men of your own folk or two others from outside, if you are travelling through the land and the calamity of death befalls you. Detain them both after As-Salat (the prayer), (then) if you are in doubt (about their truthfulness), let them both swear by Allah (saying): "We wish not for any worldly gain in this, even though he (the beneficiary) be our near relative. We shall not hide Testimony of Allah, for then indeed we should be of the sinful." Surat Al-Maida 5:106

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 107 - 109

5107.png

Then, if it is discovered that the two had rendered themselves liable to a sin, then, in their place shall stand two others closest of those whose right has been taken away, and they shall swear by Allah, "Our evidence is more truthful than their evidence, and we have not transgressed, in which case we should be among the unjust." [107]

5108.png

Thus it is more likely that they will bear witness in its proper way, or they will fear that oaths will be taken in rebuttal of their oaths. And fear Allah and listen. And Allah does not lead the sinning people to the right path. [108]

5109.png

(Remember) the day Allah will assemble the messengers and will say to them, "How were you responded to?" They will say, "We have no knowledge. Surely You alone have the full knowledge of all that is unseen." [109]

سورة المائدة آية ١١٠

(Remember) when Allah will say (on the Day of Resurrection). "O 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Remember My Favour to you and to your mother when I supported you with Ruh-ul-Qudus [Jibrael (Gabriel)] so that you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and when I taught you writing, Al-Hikmah (the power of understanding), the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel); and when you made out of the clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My Permission, and you breathed into it, and it became a bird by My Permission, and you healed those born blind, and the lepers by My Permission, and when you brought forth the dead by My Permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from you (when they resolved to kill you) since you came unto them with clear proofs, and the disbelievers among them said: 'This is nothing but evident magic.' " Surat Al-Maida 5:110

Just amazing ayat subhanAllah...

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verses 111 - 114

5111.png

And when I enjoined upon the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My Messenger," they said, "We believed. And be witness that we are the submitting ones." [111]

5112y.png

When the disciples said, "O 'Isa son of Maryam, can your Lord send down to us spread stands of 'Ma'idah' (a sheet generally spread on the floor to serve food; also used to mean food so served) from the heavens?" He said, "Fear Allah if you are believers." [112]

5113.png

They said, "We want that we eat from it, and our hearts be satisfied, and we may know for sure that you have told us the truth, and we may become witnesses to it." [113]

5114.png

'Isa son of Maryam said, "O Allah, our Lord, send down to us spread from heaven which may be a happy occasion for us for all our generations present and future, and a sign from you, and give us provisions. And You are the best Giver of provisions." [114]

سورة المائدة آية١١٥

Allah said: "I am going to send it down unto you, but if any of you after that disbelieves, then I will punish him with a torment such as I have not inflicted on anyone among (all) the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns)." Surat Al-Maida 5:115

Surah Al-Mâ'idah - 5 : Verse 116

5116.png

And when Allah said, "O 'Isa son of Maryam, did you say to the people: Take me and my mother as gods beside Allah?" He said, "Pure are You, it does not behove me to say what is not right for me. Had I said it, You would have known it. You know what is in my heart and I do not know what is in Your's. You alone have the full knowledge of all that is unseen. [116]

5_117-1.png
سورة المائدة آية ١١٧

"Never did I say to them aught except what You (Allah) did command me to say: 'Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.' And I was a witness over them while I dwelt amongst them, but when You took me up, You were the Watcher over them, and You are a Witness to all things. (This is a great admonition and warning to the Christians of the whole world). Surat Al-Maida 5:117

5:118. "If You punish them, they are Your slaves, and if You forgive them, verily You, only You are the All*Mighty, the All*Wise."

5:119. Allâh will say: "This is a Day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise) - they shall abide therein forever. Allâh is pleased with them and they with Him. That is the great success (Paradise).

5:120. To Allâh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is therein, and He is Able to do all things.

سورة الأنعام آية ١

All praises and thanks be to Allah, Who (Alone) created the heavens and the earth, and originated the darkness and the light, yet those who disbelieve hold others as equal with their Lord. Surat Al-Anaam 6:1

6:2. He it is Who has created you from clay, and then has decreed a stated term (for you to die). And there is with Him another determined term (for you to be resurrected), yet you doubt (in the Resurrection).

6:3. And He is Allâh (to be worshipped Alone) in the heavens and on the earth, He knows what you conceal and what you reveal, and He knows what you earn (good or bad).

6:4. And never an Ayah (sign) comes to them from the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, but that they have been turning away from it.

6:5. Indeed, they rejected the truth (the Qur'ân and Muhammad SAW)[] when it came to them, but there will come to them the news of that (the torment) which they used to mock at.

6:6. Have they not seen how many a generation before them We have destroyed whom We had established on the earth such as We have not established you? And We poured out on them rain from the sky in abundance, and made the rivers flow under them. Yet We destroyed them for their sins, and created after them other generations.

6:7. And even if We had sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) a Message written on paper so that they could touch it with their hands, the disbelievers would have said: "This is nothing but obvious magic!"
