Thing is, if it's a script, just typing each character's name will consume many words.

But, if it's agreed, ignore me.

Theme - I don't mind, just make us laugh. Remember, the trick with comedy is, if it makes you, the writer, laugh, it will probably do the same for others. :)

Content - no profanity, no sexuality etc, the usual.
 
Hmm, ok dont bother too much about the word limit, just that if it's too long it might bore rather than amuse.
 
Muezzin don't mind me asking but what is profinaity?

Judges shouldn't be allowed to enter the contest and neither should their family members - standard competition rules.

So that rules me out :)
 
will the judges know who entered and know which scripts belongs to who?
 
Erm.

I think it might be pretty obvious which one belongs to whom because of the names in the scripts. I think we should keep this open and just vote sincerely for the one you found most amusing rather than based on who the participant is. That make sense?

I think we'll have a thread where they can post their work, and they are advised to post on the last day insha'Allah

I know, I think I am entering I already have 20 lines with a conversation win grandpa woodrow.
I know it doesn't suite me but I log in and stay in and am to lazy to log off and it feels
Like I'm dumb but invisible is good but I'll look for suggestions inshallah.
 
Yes but then you'll be seeing me on 24/7 when I'm doing something else.

I find it funny. It seems people who use it forget that they are seen when they post. Kind of hard to stay invisible and post. Handy tool for us Staff when we need to be incognito, but of little use to people who want to post.
