how about we give auntie serene the authority and let her choose the participants from looking at the continue rhyme thread and then the chosen will battle it out...just a suggestion
 
not a good decider, ive never participated in continue the rhyme thread, yet i enjoy poetry.

Hmm, well here's my proposal again...

Poetry contest in the main forum ... If you dont think it should be in main can u please not complain coz I dont like whiners.

Second - People can PM the poems to us, I'm not sure who 'us' is at the moment so please bear with me, if anybody would like to be 'us' then feel free to PM me :)

Thirdly, nobody is judging as to who the participants should be, if you wana participate, you do. End of :) (this is in response to somebody who said that we should judge according to the rhyme thread)

Erm...is there a fourthly? Hmm...Yeah, if you dont think its a good idea, you're all entitled to your opinion :D

Any more questions/suggestions, please feel free to ask

lol^ i needed to pull my face i had the boring lessons going today.
this day has been soo long and i've got another two lessons left.:p

lol anyway i can't wait for this poetry contest even tho am not gonna take part.
but i can't wait to read everybody elses.
