i thought the deadline for 2nd question was 30th jan? that is what it says on the first page
and can i submit the 3rd question answer tomorrow?

Please do not post asnwers here, if you check the answers are posted under where it says Correct Answer

The trap most members fell into was that they gave the answer based on another Qirat, namely that of Nafi' and Ibn Katheer who read it Salamun 'ala Aaaale Yasin. But if you noticed I did say that its all based on the Qirat of Hafs 'an Aseem and we pray it as Salamun 'ala Ilayseen. inshAllah dont despair though :)

To see what I mean, scroll forward to the bit where the shaykh recites about ilyas, this Qirat is Warsh 'an Nafi' he'll say Salamun 'ala Aaaaal Yasin :brother:

:sl: Ah, subhanAllah im so disappointed in myself, I knew the answer to #3 and wrote a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge paragraph, however left that particular detail out as I thought it was irrelevant..... :rant: oh welll W'Allahu 'Alam :sister: two more questions to go, JazakAllahu Khayran to the admin for doing this, I am truly enjoying this competition and the research involved, alhamdulillah.

If you mean 'LI Qur'aan Competition part 4' then the word is not plural rather it means "their brother"

Most people wrote something long, although some people seem to use copy and paste *naming no names* lol

JazzakAllah Khair, these type of question really do stimulate the mind and sometimes even invovles picking up the Quran loq :brother:

At the time of my post the 4th Question was closed and no other question was opened therefore I asked that question any ways 5th is a bouncer
